When a liner is too far gone — multiple failures, severe UV degradation, or major structural damage — we can replace the entire liner while preserving your existing rocks, plants, and fish as much as possible.
Pump & Filter Replacement
Dead pump? Clogged or underperforming biological filter? We stock commonly used pond pumps and filtration equipment and can typically get your pond running again quickly. We size replacement equipment correctly for your pond volume and waterfall height — a common mistake in pond repairs is installing a pump that's too small to do the job properly.
Waterfall Leak Repair
Waterfall leaks are often more difficult to diagnose than liner leaks because the water can be escaping at any point along the fall — behind rocks, through gaps in stone work, or at the biological filter connection. We have experience finding and fixing waterfall leaks that other companies have given up on.

A useful test: turn your pump off for 24 hours and mark the water level. If the level holds, the leak is in your waterfall or plumbing (active when the pump runs).
